The optimized work station 550-12-12 is suitable for high-quality pre-ruffling and taping operations likewise. The programming is especially easy: it is done in dialogue with the operator via the so-called „teach-in“ procedure. All the relevant data are clearly displayed on the screen. The automatic grading and mirroring of the programmed seam contour guarantees identical sewing results for every pair of sleeves. In case of taping operations the tape is automatically fed free of tension and cut within the seam. Costly finishing work is avoided and a maximum quality is ensured.
