The PREMIUM version 1283-5-2 sews e.g. center back and elbow seams ( even with vent corners ) front sleeve seams in one operation (also with seam interruption) as well as side panel and side lining seams. The sewing unit is equipped with variable top feed and differential bottom feed. This allows to adapt the feeding elements to various material qualities and the distribution of fullness (also partial fullness). The basic equipment of this sewing unit include programmable condensed stitches, a photocell for seam end recognition , a contour guide as well a flexible guide rail with fabric clamp. The optimally automated sewing and stacking operation guarantees a fully overlaped working method and consequently maximum productivity.
