Class 1912-5 is the Economy version of class 1911-5. Here the operator loads the material with the help of a stop guide directly in front of the needle. Thus, a shorter feed to the sewing area and a higher productivity are guaranteed. The seam end is positioned on the waistband or at the upper waistband edge (optionally). The sewing unit 1912-5 is suitable for the production of sportswear like Dockers, Chinos etc. Performance: approx. 3000 ironed fly pieces in 480 min.
