The 2110-5 (double chainstitch) unit for folding and attaching of pocket facings increase your productivity. The units offer a convenience of use that enables even less experienced operators to achieve excellent sewing results. Our flexible construction philosophy ensures that even for tomorrows requirements you are perfectly equipped for efficiency and performance. After loading of the two workpieces the facing is automatically folded, placed on the pocket bag and sewn on. The automatic positioning of the facing guarantees constant first-class sewing resultes from the first pocket to the last. This sewing unit allows a fully overlapped working method. The material-independent folding technique for different folding length offers you a maximum of flexibility also for your future requirements. The sewing unit is also available as a double-lockstitch model. Performance: approx. 4.000 facings in 480 min.
