PREMIUM MULTIFLEX CNC-Buttonhole Automat

 

 

With the automatic eyelet buttonholer 580-341 Multiflex buttonholes of different shapes and lengths with or without gimp thread as well as round eyelets can be sewn without time-consuming change of cutting blocks or knives. Combined with the trimmer for needle thread, looper thread and lower gimp thread cut short it is possible to produce different buttonholes without any follow-up work on one single work station. The buttonholes and round eyelets programed by the operator are sewn sequentially. The corresponding cut length is allocated fully automatically. This ensures maximum efficiency, even for small sizes. Application: Jeans, Sportswear, Workwear and Uniforms
