The optimized workplace 550-2-2 perfectly attaches endless zippers to the flies of your trousers. It is equipped with a twin-needle double-chainstitch head with bottom feed and top puler feed The intermittent top puller feed works absolutely reliable up to the maximum speed of 6000 Stiche/min. The feeding speed of the puller can easily be adjusted to the bottom feed. The material is stretched by the puller which is running more quickly thus guaranteeing absolutely flat seams in most different materials. In this connection the close distance between needle and puller is also of advantage. The automatic zipper unwinder guarantees a displacement-free attaching of the zipper. Dependent on the working method it is possible to feed a fleece tape.
