The operation "attaching waistband lining to waistband strip" is made easy by the work station 550-5-6. It has been designed for processing endless waistband lining from the roll. A special preparation plate simplifies the positioning of the cut-to-length waistband strips. The endless waistband lining is automatically fed while sewing. The workstation is equipped with a holder for waistband lining rolls and (optional with) an unwinder for endless lining, a roll holder for the additional fleece tape and a preparation sheet for positioning the waistbands. The integrated head of the double-chainstitch machine class 173 ensures a high seam quality. With this work place even inexperienced operators achieve first-class sewing results.
