The 911Revolve is this year’s winner of Texprocess Innovation Award and the world's first CNC sewing unit with a unique rotary mechanism in the sewing head, enabling perfect seam quality in all directions and opening up new design possibilities that are difficult to realize with conventional systems. The system is therefore ideal for use in the automotive industry (e.g. seats, interiors & airbags), the manufacture of high-quality leather goods and the production of products made from technical textiles. The rotary mechanism of the 911Revolve is integrated in the sewing head, which makes the system very compact and therefore requires very little floor space. In addition, the 911Revolve achieves high sewing speeds compared to previously known rotary head solutions. Avoiding empty runs during sewing and reducing cycle times also saves energy and resources. With the fully digitized M-TYPE DELTA e-con platform Dürkopp Adler sets new standards in the medium heavy duty application range. Even today, the DELTA e-con platform consists of a large variety of flat bed, cylinder arm and post bed machines with different types of transport and is thus available for a wide range of sewing applications - with great success! The modular control concept and the flexible interfaces enable an easy connection to Industry 4.0 and "Poka Yoke" equipment, making the M-TYPE DELTA e-con the highest developed and advanced sewing system in the market.
