Under the motto “Feel free to perform”, Dürkopp Adler is setting new standards in the field of light to medium-heavy industrial applications with this fully digitized CNC small-area sewing unit. It is ideally suited for automated sewing processes of upholstered furniture, high-quality leather goods, tension and safety belts, technical textiles as well as in the automotive sector.

The GAMMA series is the ideal entry-level model for decorative and assembly seams on upholstered furniture.

The innovative and fully digitized M-TYPE DELTA is the flagship for perfect seams. Thanks to sophisticated sewing kinematics and programmable setting elements, it enables reproducible sewing results even in challenging materials. At the same time, it optimizes the sewing process through Industry 4.0 integration and Poka Yoke applications. This makes the DELTA the most sophisticated and advanced sewing system in the industry.

The proven M-TYPE 867-394342-M (AE) is the specialist for simultaneous trimming and binding of quilts. The flared H867-290362-70 with long arm is suitable for decorative, reproducible seams in heavy materials. The powerful H-TYPE 967 is ideal for extremely heavy sewing processes and processing strong braiding threads up to Nm 5/3 with maximum stitch lengths of 15 mm.

The ruffling of single or multi-layered items is one of the most important and most difficult tasks in the manufacture of home upholstery due to the strong influences on shaping and further processing.
