Under the leadership of Markus Leitloff, Head of Apprenticeship/HR, Dürkopp Adler has successfully launched a talent development program which is going into the second round this year. Over a period of 6 months the talents from different company divisions go through a multi-stage program,
which turns them into shapers of the future in order to put tomorrow's visions into reality.
