550-D800 - The new modular workstation for maximum Process Reliability through Documented Sewing
The continuously growing requirements for reliable, documented and error-free sewing processes and results, e.g. for automotive interiors and high-quality accessories, require high-performance and innovative solutions for individual production processes.
Dürkopp Adler has taken up these challenges and developed the innovative and fully digitalized workstation 550-D800 based on the M-TYPE DELTA platform, which set new standards for reliable and documented sewing. The modular concept allows a specific configuration with regard to the design of the sewing machine head, scanner systems and Poka Yoke applications - individually adapted to your respective sewing applications and requirements. This enables maximum process reliability and ensures the monitoring and documentation of sewing processes as well as faster and more effective production sequences. Flexible interfaces make it possible to easily connect the machines to Industry 4.0 systems, such as QONDAC, to upgrade the workstation to a fully digitalized sewing system.
