The 841 is a sewing unit for automatic sewing of buttonholes in front parts of shirts and blouses. The operator positions the front parts in the loading station. The transport to the sewing station, the sewing and cutting of the buttonholes as well as the subsequent stacking are done automatically.

While one part is sewn, the next one can already be positioned and the sewing process is started by knee lever – up to 4 sewing units can be operated by one person.
Tiltable machine headThe sewing head of the 841 can be pneumatically tilted upwards as a standard function. Thus, service and maintenance work is facilitated and accelerated considerably.
StackerAfter the sewing process the front parts are transported out of the sewing area and stacked. The stacker has a capacity of up to 50 parts, even when processing very thick shirt fabrics. The parts are placed with the buttonhole placket face down so that a first visual inspection is possible immediately after stacking.
The buttonhole is cut during the sewing process already.
The distances between the individual buttonholes as well as their shapes, e.g. buttonhole length and width, stitch length and bartack shape, can be programmed differently.
The front parts can be aligned as per stripes by means of the optional laser marking lamp. Thus, the buttonholes are positioned as per pattern.
Examples of use
Whether front parts of shirts or blouses – the clamping frame transports the workpiece to the sewing head in such a way that sewing can be started from the neckhole. The neckhole can also be chosen as positioning point.
