The optimized workstation 670 is equipped with bottom, needle and alternating foot top feed, switchable fullness chooseable from top or bottom and stitch loosening device.The post of the machine is located on the right side for easy handling when attaching the sleeve lining through the shoulder pad.

Material thickness detection
Programmable, automatic material thickness detection will be connected via a sensor automatically.


Switchable functions
2nd thread tension, 2nd foot stroke and 2nd stitch length are switchable manually or automatically. A safe sewing start with low thread tension will be achieved by means of 2nd thread tension and in combination with stitch condensing.

Fullness value

The switchable stitch loosening device prevents squeezing when the shoulder pad is sewn through. Thus, the pad retains its volume and soft touch.

Oil- Lubrication
The central oil-lubrication is positioned with an eyeglass in thearm. Optionally it can be equippedwith a warning light as an oil deficien cy indicator 9850 867001.

Large three-piece vertical hook
Large, three-part vertical gripper Ø 26 mm has 60% higher bobbin capacity for reduced bobbin change. The optimized hook allows lowest thread tension.

Attach sleeve lining through the shoulder pad into the armhole
In doing so, the wearing comfort will be increased by full ness into the sleeve lining. In order to maintain the soft grip of the shoulder pad, the stitch loosening device provides for a loose stitch tension and the correct amount of thread during the stitch formation so that the shoulder pad is not compressed.
Performance examples in 480 min.:
160 – 200 Sleeve lining through the shoulder pad
Attaching sleeve heads / wadding stripes
If the sleeve head is sewn after attaching the sleeves, the practical post bed construction offers an optimal handling of the material.

Attach sleeve lining in the lower armhole area
Attach sleeve lining in the lower armhole area In this processing the sleeve lining is sewn only in the lowerpart of the armhole. The lining is basted in the region of the sleeve head by blind stitching afterwards. The standard swi veling edge guide is comfortably adjustable in height and seam width.
