Easy handling of the machine functions by means of intuitive menu navigation at the touchscreen control panel
Simple geometric contours can be programmed directly at the machine easily and conveniently. For this purpose the machine software offers a teach-in mode to be operated intuitively. By accessing coordinate points with the material clamp a seam contour can be transferred directly to the control.The progress of the programming process is continuously indicated by a progress bar at the control panel. By entering seam parameters as e.g. stitch length, sewing speed and the required technological functions the desired seam program is created within shortest time. Functions like shifting and scaling allow to subsequently adapt the programs.
Powerful and intuitive handling
DAC comfort
Thanks to the modern DAC comfort control technology, we are able to improve the feeding properties for smooth sewing and a constant and tight stitch formation.The DAC comfort has more memory capacity so from now on it is possible to save 200 programs on the machine.The DAC comfort is equipped with a free I/O-modul which can be used to involve external function with the machine sequence. This function can be used for example PokaYoke functions, as in the picture shown.The DAC comfort is also prepared for the connection with the Qondac digitalization and networking system.
Bobbin thread
The 911-211-10 has a high bobbin thread capacity by XXXL vertical hook Ø 40 mm. The bobbin thread consumption is monitored by stitch counting or thread consumption control so that a required bobbin change is identified before start sewing. The hook cover open automatically for easy and fast bobbin change.

Clamp systems
The exchangeable clamp system allows partial or full overlapping operation, resulting in high machine utilisation and high part output. The exchangeable clamp is particularly suitable for sewing decorative and assembly seams. The stationary clamp convinces with its universal use, as the clamp set can be used flexibly for the entire sewing field size. It is used when decorative seams are to be added to larger sewing pieces or when small pieces are to be attached to larger sewing pieces with assembly seams.
Examples of use
Sewing of ropes
Special clamp systems, such as in this example for sewing up rope ends, enable the required precision in production for these sensitiveapplications. The special single stitch mode on the 911-211-10 allows, for example, rope ends with diameters from 8 to 14 mm to be sewn tightly and with precision and repeatability. The holders are perfectly matched tothe application and can also be used to place buckles and stop elements safely and accurately close to the seam.
