With our button attacher 532 you can be sure that the buttons stay where they belong. Quickly and easily, buttons are sewn on securely with a high level of quality and flexibility- whether 2-hole, 3-hole, 4-hole or more.
Flexible button clampThe standard equipment includes an integrated DC direct drive including control panel with remaining bobbin thread counter and piece counter as well as the electronically controlled foot clamp lift, the thread trimmer, thread wiper and the needle thread clamp below the needle plate for asecure sewing start.
Control panelThere are 33 pre-programmed seam patterns in total. Those standard patterns can be modified temporarily. After switching off the machine the modified values of the last used seam pattern remain after the machine has been turned on again.
ProgrammingNew programs can be intuitively created on the PC and transferred to the machine via USB.
The automatic lockstitch button sewer 532-211-01 is equipped as standard with the button clamp kit no. 5. The button clamp is ideally suitable for medium and thin buttons with a button diameter of 8 to 24 mm and button thickness up to 3,2 mm.
The optional universal button clamp comes with a swiveling shank finger. The clamp feet are conically shaped. Like this buttons with different diameters (7 – 18 mm) and thicknesses (up to 3.5 mm) can be processed safely.
The universal button clamp can be converted to attach bigger buttons from 11 up to 40 mm using the optional conversion kit "big buttons". For this purpose the clamp feet need to be replaced and a longer shank finger attached.
