756 D | Sewing unit for breast welt pockets with feeding and matching device for checked or striped breast welts

Whether straight or slanted breast welt pockets, patterned or unpatterned, with the automatic feeding and matching device, processing is a breeze. Operations for marking the pocket position can be omitted. As a standard full equipment, the special sewing unit is therefore a must for every medium to large production of classic jackets.
The sewing unit 756 D for straight or slanted breast welt pockets is equipped as standard with an automatic feeding device for checkered or striped breast welts. The automatic feeding of pocket bags isalso part of the basic equipment.
Saving of markings for checked and striped fabrics
The matching device allows direct matching of patterned breast welts on the front piece, without additional markings. The programmable laser markings ensure precise positioning of the front piece. This saves time and improves quality.
The 756 D is equipped with two adjustable edge stops. Depending on the cutting and orientation points, the breast welt can be placed either at the front or rear edge stop
The breast welt clamp is able to securely clamp both equal-sided and non-equal-sided breast welt cuts, thus enabling both processing methods. The side with the same length (for equal-sided breast welts) is clamped manually behind a spring.
The position of the breast welt can be corrected with the 756 D in the transverse direction under stepper motor control. This compensates different material thicknesses and thus significantly increases flexibility. The function can be easily set on the control panel and is therefore also accessible to the operator.
To ensure precise feeding of the pocket bag, the pocket bag feeder is equipped with an end position damper. This allows exact positioning of the pocket bag to the centre cut edge of the breast welt pocket.
