The straight dart has a straight seam course. This can cause a small "bubble" with different fabrics. To prevent this, the curved dart is the ideal solution. Due to the curved seam, the angle of the dart is much smaller and prevents the "bubble" at the end of the dart. The seam course of the waist pleat has a small curve with stitch condensation so that the material is not damaged by possible backtacking.
Fine adjustment for the dart point
For a perfect dart point without "bubble", the stepless fine adjustment can be used in addition to the seam shape for the dart.
Max. sewing length
The max. sewing length is depending on the dart angle.
Performance examples in 480 min.:
743-121-01: approx. 7,500 darts or waist.
743-221-01: approx. 6,500 darts or waist pleats.
