In this example the 1767 with triple feed is used to sew side panels on backrest panels in the production of car seat covers. The machine is equipped with a short thread trimmer, also an edge guide is added for highest precision und output in the production.
The 1727 achieves perfect seams in fine materials in the segment oftechnical textiles, such as sunblinds, parasols, roller blinds and seatcovers. Accordingly, the machines can also be equipped with sufficientlythick needles and threads. The shown machine in the picture is equipped with a guide which fold the double lap felled seam directly when sewing.
