The powerful material feed and the enormous penetration force of the H-TYPE offer ideal conditions for sewing workpieces of extreme material thicknesses. The extremely high sewing foot lift up to 30 mm facilitates the handling of large area and bulky workpieces. The XL barrel shuttle hook with 70% larger bobbin capacity and the max. sewing speed of 1,250 stitches/min. will rise the productivity for this area to unimaginable heights.

XL barrel shuttle hook
The H-TYPE is equipped with a standard XL barrel shuttle hook. This hook allows perfect sewing results, even when processing extremely thick sewing threads. Due to the bobbin thread capacity increased by 70% bobbin in comparison to the standard hook changes are reduced significantly.
The following two needle systems can be used for the H-TYPE: needle system 794 (standard) with a wide selection of needle tip styles or needle system 1000H for extreme material thicknesses.
