DA SPOT (Sewing Program Optimization Tool)
DA SPOT (Sewing Program Optimization Tool) is an additional equipment for all subclasses of the 911-210-10 and 911R-210-10. The system includes an integrated camera and an additional panel PC with software for processing the recorded data.
DA SPOT is able to detect a perforation pattern on the inserted material and compares it with an existing target state in the seam program DXF. The measuring points for the comparison can be freely defined depending on the application. After detection, the system automatically adjusts the existing seam program so that the position of the seams on the material completely matches the position of the seams in the stored program. The individual seam sections are adjusted and all stitches are recalculated so that a uniform stitch pattern is guaranteed despite the adjustment.
This ensures that the seams are perfectly aligned with the perforation pattern and minimizes the effort required for quality control and the number of waste parts.

DA SPOT uses sample parts to learn to predict the material behavior of the material used during sewing. This "teach-in" only has to be carried out once per seam program and material. During production, DA SPOT checks either on each part or on the basis of random samples whether the adapted seam programs match the inserted material or whether the existing deviations require further adaptation of the seam program.
