How does it work?
Step 1: Check your device
Verify whether your defective device is an exchangeable component by checking the material number of the defective device with the list provided (Click here). There you will also find the terms and conditions for the exchange. If you need further information or support, your service partner will gladly be at your disposal.
Step 2: Initiatie Exchange Service
Initiate the exchange service by submitting the material number of your device and a description of the defect to your local sales partner. A device for replacement will be sent immediately - at a fixed price plus transport costs. The form for your service partner to submit the information regarding the defective component can be downloaded here (Click here).
Step 3: Send defective device
You send us the defective equipment within 14 days after the exchange order. We check the same and inform you about the defect details.

No Risk
- You receive a 12 months warranty on the exchanged equipment.
- In case results of the tests show that the defect was not caused by the exchanged equipment, then you only have to pay a EUR 25 plus the freight charge.
