Easy handling of the machine functions by means of intuitive menu navigation at the touchscreen control panel
Simple geometric contours can be programmed directly at the machine easily and conveniently. For this purpose the machine software offers a teach-in mode to be operated intuitively. By accessing coordinate points with the materialclamp a seam contour can be transferred directly to the control.The progress of the programming process is continuously indicated by a progress bar at the control panel. By entering seam parameters as e.g. stitch length, sewingspeed and the required technological functions the desired seam program is created within shortest time. Functions like shifting and scaling allow to subsequently adapt the programs.
Powerful and intuitive handling
Bobbin thread
The 911-210-10 has a high bobbin thread capacity by XXL vertical hook Ø 32 mm. The bobbin thread consumption is monitored by stitch counting or thread consumption control so that a required bobbin change is identified before start sewing. The hook cover open automatically for easy and fast bobbin change.
Clamp systems
The exchangeable clamp system allows partial or full overlapping operation, resulting in high machine utilisation and high part output. The exchangeable clamp is particularly suitable for sewing decorative and assembly seams.The stationary clamp convinces with its universal use, as the clamp set can be used flexibly for the entire sewing field size. It is used when decorative seams are to be added to larger sewing pieces or when small pieces are to be attached to larger sewing pieces with assembly seams.

No manual rework necessary
The 911-210-10 machine is serially equipped with a thread trimming system. It is possible to choose between thread trimmer with a remaining thread length of approx. 15-18 mm and a short thread trimmer with a remaining thread length of approx. 5-8 mm. The attachment kit Neat Seam Beginning guarantees a safe sewing start. By cutting the initial thread after the sewing start (remaining thread length of approx. 6-8 mm) we ensure an optically perfect sewing start without bird nests.

The 911-210-10 is gladly used in the area of load and lashing production.The well-engineered exchangeable clamp technologies enable a very efficient overlapping operation and very fast fabric change. The shown clamp in the picture is designed with adjustable side flanks, this enables a quick change in the belt width.
Easy handling and high output
Especially efficient, the 911-210-10 can be used for sewing operations on small parts. While a clamp is used on the machine, a second clamp can be fit by the operator. This allows a full overlapping operation.
