The sewing unit 1280 offers a very good solution as an ECO version of a sewing unit. Smooth seams are achieved quickly and easily with their special workplace design and the programmable fullness control for the top and bottom feed.
Sewing unit 1280 is the economy version of class 1281 without preparation table. It is not only suitable for the production of classic trousers but also for casual wear, as e.g. cotton trousers, "Dockers", "Chinos" and Jeans option. For the processing of medium and heavy Jeans a special sewing head is optional selectable.

STITCHTYPE
Alternatively double-chainstitch seams or safety seams with 4 or 5 threads can be sewn. Therefore a change of the sewing equipment is required.
AUTOMATIC FULLNESS DISTRIBUTION
As standard, the sewing units are equipped with automatic fullness distribution by pneumatically controlled top feed and bottom feed. The sewing units can optionally be equipped with step motors for the top and bottom feed control. This allows the programmed recall of different multiple fullness values within a seam.

SIDE SEAMS

CENTER BACK SEAMS
In addition to trousers and skirts, the 1280 can also be used to automatically close center back seams in jackets (without vent in the center). Especially efficient for coats or large sizes. The chain stitch ensures smooth seams.
SLEEVE CLOSING SEAMS
With the 1280, in addition to pants and skirts, sleeve seams, among others, can be closed automatically (without vent). Especially efficient for coats or large sizes. The chain stitch ensures smooth seams.
LINING SEAMS
In addition to trousers and skirts, the 1280 can also be used to automatically close lining seams in jackets (without seam interruption). Especially efficient for coats or large sizes. The chain stitch ensures smooth seams.
